Please note: Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship - not damage caused by misuse, neglect, impact, modification, or improper storage. Claims will be reviewed by Powder House before forwarding to the brand.

Important: A $50 processing fee applies to all in-house warranty claims. This helps cover shipping and handling costs for sending your product to the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer ultimately requires the item to be brought into the store, starting the claim online now will help expedite the process once we begin working with them directly.
